We had a hearing with a Magistrate for Child Support Enforcement at the begging of last month. The Magistrate completely blew off everything we filed and all the PROOF of what we have been screaming for YEARS! We filed a motion to terminate child support due to the ex-wife releasing my husband in writing per an Income Deduction Order from October 5, 2005 stating “The income deduction order and this notice to payor (Husband) are binding upon you until released in writing by the Payee (Ex-wife)” And she did just that in an e-mail from March 19, 2014 when she told my husband she had stoped child support.
She had also moved forward with the courts to close the case. We also filed for a Credit of child support payments due to the fact that my husband has paid $15,755.00 in support for a child that not only does not biologically belong to him but the ex-wife also has an open child support enforcement case against her biological father, open since 1993. The man was found to be the child’s biological father by DNA, court ordered to be placed on her birth certificate and pay child support. He is currently behind more than $37,000.00.
According to the Hillsborough County Courts, the Magistrate’s working for Child support and Child Support Enforcement, my husband has never paid a single payment for said child, J. But, if you look at ALL the records from Child Support themselves, they state that the case is in fact for THREE children numerous times. J is also named as a DEPENDENT in this case. We have a court order from October 2011 that removed her from Child support payments because she had emancipated. How does a child get REMOVED from payments for emancipation if no payments were being made for that child?? How does the ex-wife ask for child support to give a CREDIT in CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS to my husband if he wasn’t making payments for this child??
Right after this hearing she of course went to Facebook “bragging”..or trying to at least. In her post she fully admitted to hiring a Private Investigator. Yes, you read that right, she fucking hired someone to stalk us. Who the hell in their right mind hires a PI to stalk their EX HUSBAND of 20+ years and his wife?!? Ohh it gets better, whoever she hired is so fucking bad at their job. I mean, flat out not a damn clue BAD! This dipshit PI told her we have a second home in FL. That we are at our second oldest daughters house (in FL) every other week. That our trucking company (closed in 2023 due to the shit economy) has been placed in my name and our kids names to hide assets. We put half our semi trucks in the older kids names and the other half in other family members names.
In this post she also says that my husband admitted that out of the three children listed in all the court orders and child support paperwork, that he was only paying for two. I guess shes not smart enough to think that we record every single hearing. In that recording he clearly states that he was paying for all THREE children per Child Support Enforcement themselves! We also have ALL the paperwork, a recording from Child Support Enforcement themselves stating that THREE children were being paid for and it was in fact FRAUD that the ex-wife herself committed!
Apparently, I have also made numerous pages on Facebook about her or for her or something, thats what the PI told her…Her reflecting onto me is amazing, she’s actually gotten really good at it! I just ran through my archive and looked for the two pages she made using her own damn email on Facebook, I can’t find the screenshot but one of them was named something like “My ex husband’s new gf/wife is crazy”. But, the spelling was awful and it didn’t actually make a complete sentence in English! There was one other one but I don’t remember what it was “named”, I know it was ridiculous and misspelled though! Both pages had her email ‘southerncutzie@…..” as the contact, dead give away!
Unfortunately, the PI she hired failed to tell her that we have been living life to the fullest! We just got back from a week in the Utah mountains. It’s absolutely beautiful there. The mountains still had snow on them and the lakes were calm enough that the reflection was perfect! My camera storage was full when we got home. I couldn’t help myself! My husband and our youngest just got kayaks and had a blast with them. Our youngest was a pro at it and she was nervous at first just getting them into the water. Lol! We can’t wait to go back for two weeks this summer. Already booked the house! We are also making a trip to South Dakota for a week, we will be going to Custer and to do a little shopping. And the last big trip will be, I am super excited about! The horse back riding we will be doing is going to be such an adventure!
Anyways….It has become abundantly clear that the State of Florida is just fine with a women committing fraud on two different stages. She ILLEGALLY signed my husband’s name to HER daughters birth certificate. And then she started collecting child support payments from TWO MEN FOR ONE CHILD!
This is a problem! This is a blatant slap in the face of fathers in Florida that just want to do whats right for their children! It’s a disgrace! It’s Disgusting!
It’s absolute Bullshit that this was allowed to happen and that the state of FL continues to let it happen! And people ask me why I don’t ever want to move back!!
